Proof That Reversing Diabetes is Possible -  Without Harmful Side Effects!

This subject of reversing diabetes applies mostly to type 2 diabetics wherein the pancreas is producing insulin but the cells are...

...insulin resistant, preventing the insulin to be moved into them to be used as energy.

The type 1 diabetic's condition pertains to the destruction of insulin producing beta cells of the pancreas.

Their are some doctors though that are claiming that they are having some success with type 1 diabetics in the reversing of their diabetes. *(see bottom of page).

Reversing diabetes seems to be the topic of the day when you are on line. Do a search on "reversing diabetes" and you will find thousands upon thousands of search results. And everyone seems...

...to have the product to accomplish it. Well I'm not here to convince you to use any product, but simply to tell you that you can reverse your diabetes .

Reversing diabetes can be a touchy subject.

Whenever I write on the subject I always receive responses such as "It won't work, or "once a diabetic always a diabetic". One lady told me that she doesn't trust any site that makes the claim of reversing diabetes.

But just think about it for a moment.

What happens when you change your bad eating habits to more nourishing foods in the right amounts.

And when your sedentary life style becomes a more active one, your body will began to heal itself and start acting the way it's suppose to. It's back to normal - your conditions have been improved or reversed.

No one said it would be easy.

Following the road map to reversing diabetes is simple, but not easy. If you have been a diabetic or pre-diabetic for a considerable amount of time there...

...may be habits that may have been firmly established that are not easy to be changed. Like...

...getting out from in front of the tv and working out - OR - cutting out the white trash (white bread, white sugar, white flour products) as well as other foods hat do our bodies harm such as fast foods.

When I received my protocol to assist me in reversing my diabetes, it came along with instructions containing all the foods that I had to avoid for three months.  Honestly, It was difficult. According to Dr. John Young who put...

...this protocol together (based on the Budwig Cocktail), It would take approximately 3 months for my pancreas and the insulin receptors to reset themselves - IF - I followed the plan religiously. Well...

...although my sugars had a significant drop in the first week, it took me almost six months before totally reversing my diabetes and...

...getting off of my "meds". It was very hard for me to follow the plan to the letter, but I was determined and I was eventually able to be compliant. It was all worth it.

Your mental mind set.

The first step in reversing your diabetes is you have to believe that you can do it. Their are many who have decided to accept their diabetes and live with it and the medications that their doctors have subscribed.

I'm not suggesting that you ignore your doctors advice. But it is your health and you should at least examine closely your options. Also when confronted with the possibility of...

...reversing your diabetes, keep an open mind and examine the possibility, don't immediately reject the idea that reversing diabetes is an impossiblity.

After going from taking three pills and, three...

...insulin shots a day to taking no diabetes meds at all (this includes cholesterol and high blood pressure medications), I'm here to tell you that...

...reversing diabetes is possible!!! All that has to be done is to give it a try - to prove it to yourself - just give it a try - that"s all.

*Above I discussed how some Doctors are experiencing success in reversing diabetes in type 1 diabetics.
