To begin, I'm sure I don't have to mention when starting your weight loss program - you need to change your diet. Now I'm not going to go into great detail here, because you know what you need to do.

I will mention though the need to stop eating acidic foods! Acidic foods causes fat to be stored (fats accumulate to protect the organs and cells from the destruction of acids).
